3 Ingredient Pancakes (GF, Vegetarian)


  • 2 (medium-large) Bananas
  • 2 (medium) Eggs  *Can do 2 flax eggs to make this Vegan
  • 2 TBSP Almond Flour (can make it without this)

Optional add-ins:

  • 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon

*Flax egg: 1 TBSP flaxseed, 2 TBSP water, stir in small (separate) bowl and let sit for 30 seconds


  1. Mash your bananas
  2. Mix in the eggs and almond flour until a nice batter. Should be slightly runny (not super thick).
    1. Add in the optional add-ins here
  3. Pour into the pan, lightly brown and flip to the other side (cook it to your desired taste!)
  4. Top with your favorite toppings!

*Makes 4 pancakes

  • 0% Greek yogurt (for extra protein)
  • Fresh fruit (berries)
  • Dark Chocolate chips
  • Pure maple syrup
  • Coconut flakes
  • Cacao nibs
  • Nut butter
  • Honey
