Being bloated and sluggish is the last feeling I'd like to enjoy during a vacation, but with Rachel's guidance I was able to reach my bikini body goals. Rachel provided me with a simple, easy to follow and effective nutrition plan. She was very attentive and understanding with the questions and concerns I had. The nutrition plan has helped me prepare my meals and prevent me from over/under eating.
